Our tipis are open with no restrictions. We continue to follow diligently sanitizing procedures.

Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT: When booking a tipi (tipis) more than four weeks in advance a deposit for the cost of one night is required to secure your reservation. Balance is due four weeks prior of your stay. All other bookings are due upon receipt at time of invoicing.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: An amount of $250 per tipi is charged with your booking. This amount will be cheerfully returned upon inspection of the tipi(s) and grounds according to our terms. In case of cancellation (see policy below) the security amount will always be refunded in full. Violation of our rules and regulations may result in forfeiting your security deposit. If you notice any problems on checking in, please let us know immediately to avoid any damage charges being billed to your account.

CANCELLATION up to 7 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full, minus a $40 administration fee. Cancellation with less than 7 days notice are non-refundable except for the security deposit.

RAIN CHEQUES. We offer rain cheques should you need to reschedule your stay (pending availability). Rain Cheques must be used within same season of original booking. A $20 administration fee applies.
